♔♡ Concept ♡♔
A Lifetime with You, or ALWY, is a fanzine project dedicated to the lifelong relationship of Oikawa Tōru and Iwaizumi Hajime (Haikyuu!!), known by fans as IwaOi. For the purpose of this project, ALWY draws direct inspiration from the endearing and romantic charms of “couples’ scrapbooks."
From the hands and minds of some of the fandom’s brightest creatives, the ALWY zine celebrates the sweetest aspects of IwaOi and how they are shown in each new stage of their shared life.
Ultimately, we aim to create a page-by-page experience in which fans can watch Iwaizumi and Oikawa bloom together throughout the years.
♔♡ Composition ♡♔
The central SFW zine will be divided chronologically into three sections. Contribution types (full-color illustrations, comics, & fanfiction) will be distributed equally among each section.
Section assignments are based on the preferences indicated by applicants in their form(s) & are as follows:
I. childhood - preadolescence

As a smaller-scale project, the NSFW zine will forgo any systems of thematic organization.

Zine Specs: 80 - 100 pgs, 10'x8', Landscape, Wire-bound.
Physical Merch: Postcard, Polaroid Set (2), Photostrip, Stickersheet, Double-Sided Charm, Stamped Washi Tape.
Digital Merch: NSFW Zine, Matching Icons (2), Wallpapers (2).
Stretch Goals: Early Bird Item (first 50 customers), Postcard/Sticker sheet/Double-Sided Charm Holo Upgrade (75), Clear Card (100), Chained Enamel Pin (150), Gold Foil Main Zine Upgrade (200).

Q: I ordered digital product(s); when/how will I receive my purchase(s)?
All digital sales will be dispatched at the same time of shipping out our physical sales. Digital products will be sent to the email entered during checkout.
Q: I missed preorders; is it too late to buy physical bundles?
We will not be reopening preorders for physical bundles. However, leftover sales will be held after we've fulfilled all of our preorders. (x)

Q: What is a zine?
A zine-- or in this case, a fanzine-- is a work created & published entirely by fans of a given series. Zines are typically composed of multiple pieces of art & writing.
Q: Is ALWY for-profit or for-charity?
Profit from preorders will be divided equally among contributors. Profit from leftover sales will be donated to charity. (x)
Q: Will the pandemic affect any of the project specs?
At the moment, no. While this is subject to change for any given reason, we will always update our social media platforms on any changes. (x)

Q: Is IwaOi shown as a romantic relationship in ALWY? Is it IwaOi or OiIwa?
All of our products are intended to be romantic interpretations of IwaOi/OiIwa. The exact dynamics of the relationship vary depending on each individual contributor. (x)
Q: Will there be spoilers? What about AUs?
ALWY is not spoiler-free & will freely reference Haikyuu!! canon. All of our products are canon or canon-compliant; no AUs.

Applications for our main zine (SFW) were open to all ages. Our bonus zine (NSFW) team is strictly 18+.

Hi hello!! I've been bonkers over Iwaizumi for a looong time. Some of my closest friendships today originated from 2014 sportsani Tumblr! IwaOi definitely has a ton of sentimental value to me, & I hope to instill that into this project. Can't wait to pay homage to this godtier couple together! Hi all, I'm Jia! Your other Graphic/Layout co-mod. Haikyuu!! is a series I call "home" and I always seem to gravitate back to it. Truly one of the most wholesome series out there hitting all the feels ;_; I was active in the animanga scene before for years, making edits and graphics as a side hobby on Tumblr. This'll be my first time modding a zine and I'm very excited to share the IwaOi love through this zine!
